Chef Kevin joined Palencia in June first as Sous Chef and was recently promoted to Executive Chef. He came from Angel Fire Resort located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
While attending college to study business, Chef Kevin discovered his passion for cooking and enrolled and graduated from the Delgado School of Culinary Arts in New Orleans.
Chef Kevin brings over 17 years’ experience to the Club serving as Chef at The Banana Tree Grill on St. Thomas, Ralph Brennen Restaurant Group where he cooked for former Presidents, and the legendary Foundation Room at the House of Blues.
“I continue to enjoy getting to know the Palencia members and re-introducing such favorites as Cooking with the Chef events in addition to designing fine dining as well as casual menus to provide a wide variety of experiences for our members,” says Chef Kevin.
When he isn’t in the kitchen, Chef Kevin enjoys playing golf and sailing!
