With a magnificent Mediterranean style 33,000 square ft., three story clubhouse, The Palencia Club St. Augustine, FL is the perfect location for hosting weddings, receptions, business meetings, golf outings or a simple gathering of friends.

The Palencia Club’s acclaimed culinary team can prepare delicious menu choices to meet your needs whether a small intimate dinner to the large grand event with a wide range of options available from delicious casual dining to the elegant grand menus. Indoor and beautiful outdoor options for weddings or your special celebrations are available so that you can conveniently have all your activities at one location.

We have elegant meeting and event facilities that can accommodate up to 180 people for a cocktail reception or 150 guests for sit down dining and dancing. With four separate dining & meeting rooms you have many options for breakout sessions or multiple events. The clubhouse design, with three stories, provides wonderful spaciousness along with the comforts of ample parking, contemporary handicap access and breathtaking views from patios and verandas.

  • "Excellent for wedding reception. Just had our wedding reception there. Misty and the team were FANTASTIC and we absolutely loved our reception. Misty helped me a lot along the way in planning the reception, and they were able to make quite a few last minute requests happen for us. Misty also gave a bunch of great recommendations for vendors. The Reinosa Ballroom was a beautiful setting and a had a nice patio with a great view that we used for photos and our guests hung out on it. Price was honestly pretty reasonable for such a nice venue that had a bar and catering service and pretty view. They were very dedicated. Misty even offered to take my dirty tissue from me the night of our reception (didn't give it to her but I was impressed). Highly recommend."

  • "My heartfelt appreciation to everyone's efforts to make the Beaches Ladies Golf Association event on Monday one to remember. Thanks to Matt for getting the course ready, the scorecards made, the results tallied ..... and what a surprise to me to have the electronic scoreboard up in the Reinosa Room. Am sure it has been there for awhile, but what with several trips, the holidays, and illnesses, I haven't been there to see it ...... and it is most impressive. If only you could have made it a little less windy and a tad bit warmer!! haha Nobody can find fault with the Pro Shop for that!! And, many thanks to Sara and Dom who exceeded all my expectations in putting on a fabulous luncheon. The Reinosa room looked beautiful and inviting ..... and, well, the buffet was just awesome! Not only did it look gorgeous ,,, the food was delicious. And, everyone was exclaiming about the desserts in the little parfait glasses. YUM! Hats off to you, Chef Anson It is always important to me to have Palencia shine ... especially with these ladies from all over the northern stretch of St. Johns County and Duval County coast. They most definitely will talk amongst themselves and their friends, who will tell their friends just how fabulous Palencia is. "Word of Mouth" is always the best form of advertising."
